李兵, 博士导师,学术带头人,上海市海外高层次人才专家。1994年本科毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,1997年获北京大学硕士学位,2002年获宾夕法尼亚州立大学生物化学博士学位,随后在美国斯托瓦斯医学研究所Dr. Jerry Workman实验室从事博士后研究。2008年任美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心助理教授, WA "Tex" Moncrief讲席学者。2017年加入欧洲杯竞猜平台基础欧洲杯竞猜平台,任生物化学与细胞分子生物学系主任。课题组长期致力于染色质生物学和基因表达调控的基础研究,近年来开始开展癌症表观遗传学的基础及转化型研究。突出的科学贡献主要包括首次发现组蛋白H3K36甲基化调控途径并阐明其分子调控机理,组蛋白变种及染色质重塑复合物结构与功能的研究。在Science,Nature,Cell,Genes & Development,Molecular Cell 和Nature Structure & Molecular Biology 等发表50余篇论文,被引用超过10,000次。曾获得美国March of Dimes基金会Basil O’Connor Scholar Research Award,宾州州立大学保罗伯格分子生物学奖,Braucher scholarship和 Braddock Graduate Fellowship等荣誉。长期作为Cell,Molecular Cell,Genes & Development,Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communication,NAR和PNAS 等杂志的审稿人,并应邀在国际大会和学术讲座上发言70余次。迄今已获得了国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目和科技部国家重点研发计划的支持。作为课程负责人获得2018年“上海高校示范性全英语教学课程建设”项目立项,2019年欧洲杯竞猜平台博士生致远荣誉计划立项建设课程。
