张鹏,上海市海外高层次人才,现任欧洲杯竞猜平台药理学与化学生物学系课题组长/研究员,曾在弗吉尼亚大学担任研究科学家职位,主要研究方向是神经系统中的突触调控,在全细胞电生理记录技术和高分辨荧光成像技术具有丰富的经验,近十年主要在以下三个方向开展研究:1) 开发脑科学研究新工具,即新型可遗传编码的神经递质荧光探针,申请人作为共同第一作者开发了乙酰胆碱(Acetylcholine, ACh)荧光探针GACh2.0 (Nature Biotechnology, 2018)iAChSnFR (BioRxiv, 2020),以共同作者参与开发了去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine, NE)探针GRABNE(Neuron, 2019)和血清素(Serotonin, 5-HT)探针GRAB5HT(Nature Neuroscience, 2021)2) 借助前沿新技术探究突触传递的调节机制,申请人作为共同第一作者利用靶向递送方法和多通道全细胞膜片钳记录技术,发现Ras通过内质网和脂质筏激活长时程增强信号通路,而Rap2Rap1分别通过主体膜和溶酶体激活去增强和长时程抑制信号通路(Neuron, 2018)3) 申请人博士期间,以第一作者身份揭示了一氧化氮(NO)信号通路调控突触发育和突触传递的分子机制(Journal of Neuroscience, 2010; Nature Communications, 2015)。申请者迄今已发表SCI论文12篇,第一作者5篇。论文总引650余次,h-index=11.并获得阿尔兹海默协会博后基金三年经费资助17.5万美元,国自然青年基金资助24万,上海市地方高水平项目14万。此外,还担任Frontiers in Cellular Neurosciecne, Journal of Molecular Neuroscience, Stem Cells Translational Medicine, Molecular Biology Reports等多个期刊审稿人。
