研究方向>>>

梁启明课题组主要研究微生物与宿主的相互作用。以新发病毒(寨卡病毒、新冠病毒等)和肿瘤病毒(KSHV、EBV等)为主,应用蛋白质组学、病毒反向遗传学和动物感染模型等方法,系统地鉴定病毒的宿主靶点以及免疫逃逸和致病的分子机制,并以此为基础进行小分子药物筛选和减毒疫苗的开发。

2011年获得佛罗里达州立大学博士学位;2012-2016在南加利福尼亚大任助理研究员。2016年加入我院,任“病毒与天然免疫相互作用”课题组长。研究主要集中在病毒与宿主天然免疫系统的相互作用上,并以寨卡病毒(Zika virus)和卡波氏肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV)为模式病毒,系统性地研究其对机体天然免疫系统的逃逸和反制机制,以及致病的分子机理。相关成果发表在Cell Stem Cell, Cell Host & Microbe, Journal of Virology等杂志。2015年获得美国白血病和淋巴瘤学会Special Fellow, 2016年入选上海市高层次人才,2017年入选上海市青年科技启明星计划(A类)2018 年入选上海市卫生系统优秀青年人才培养计划。
