个人简历 >>>

李兵,博士导师,上海市海外高层次人才专家。1994年本科毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,1997年获北京大学硕士学位,2002年获宾夕法尼亚州立大学生物化学博士学位,随后在美国斯托瓦斯医学研究所Dr. Jerry Workman实验室从事博士后研究。2008年任美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心助理教授,WA "Tex" Moncrief讲席学者。2017年加入欧洲杯竞猜平台基础欧洲杯竞猜平台,任生物化学与细胞分子生物学系主任,学术带头人。课题组长期致力于染色质生物学和基因表达调控的基础研究, 近年来聚焦于癌症表观遗传学基础及转化型研究,以及早期胚胎发育调控的分子机制的探究。突出的科学贡献主要包括首次发现组蛋白H3K36甲基化调控途径并阐明其分子调控机理,组蛋白变种及染色质重塑复合物结构与功能的研究。在ScienceNatureCellGenes & DevelopmentMolecular Cell Nature Structure & Molecular Biology 等发表50余篇论文,被引用超过12000次。曾获得美国March of Dimes基金会Basil OConnor Scholar Research Award,宾州州立大学保罗伯格分子生物学奖,Braucher scholarshipBraddock Graduate Fellowship等荣誉。长期作为CellMolecular CellNature Chemical Biology, Nature CommunicationPNAS 等杂志的审稿人,并应邀在国际大会和学术讲座上发言70余次。迄今主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目,并作为子课题组长负责科技部国家重点研发计划项目。

作为课程负责人获得2018年“上海市高校示范性全英语教学课程建设”项目立项,2019年欧洲杯竞猜平台博士生致远荣誉计划课程建设“英文科技写作与交流”立项, 2020年上海交大欧洲杯竞猜平台生物医学科学文献导读课程立项。
