1) 解析抗体的内在和外在因素如何调节不同抗体的功能，如激动活性和致病功能，并在理解激动型肿瘤免疫治疗抗体活性调控规律的基础上开发调节激动型抗体活性的新方法。

2）研究保护性和自身反应性B细胞的分化过程是如何调控的，以及新型 B 细胞亚群（如 CD11c+ 衰老相关 B 细胞）的功能，并开发基于 B 细胞的诊断和治疗方法。

李福彬，欧洲杯竞猜平台上海市免疫学研究所体液免疫与治疗研究组课题组长。2001获复旦大学生物学学士学位，2008年获美国纽约市立大学生物系博士学位，2009—2013年赴美国洛克菲勒大学从事博士后研究工作，2013年加入现工作单位。专门从事免疫学研究，主要研究方向包括:（一）肿瘤免疫治疗抗体作用规律和优化策略；（二） B淋巴细胞的发育调控机制。在Science、JEM、PNAS、NC和 JI等期刊已发表论文20余篇，申请国内/国际专利4项，其中2项已经用于药物研发。主持国家和省部级项目10余项，包括国家高层次人才计划青年项目和国家自然科学基金优青和重点项目。
