张良,博士,研究员,博士生导师,肿瘤化学生物学课题组组长,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,上海市曙光学者,欧洲杯竞猜平台唐立新优秀学者奖获得者,欧洲杯竞猜平台基础欧洲杯竞猜平台杰出员工。团队主要致力于肿瘤相关分子调控机制研究和先导药物发现。通过综合运用化学生物学、结构生物学、细胞生物学、代谢组学和药学等技术手段,阐明人体细胞中核酸表观遗传调控(DNA/RNA甲基化-去甲基化)、脂肪酸和核苷酸在细胞内合成过程中关键酶的分子机制,明确其在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用和调控机制,并建立高通量实体药物筛选体系,筛选靶向性抗肿瘤先导药物。近年来以通讯作者在化学生物学国际旗舰学术刊物(Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Research、Chemical Science、PNAS、Elife等)上发表一系列SCI论文,获得并转化多项国际/美国/国内技术发明专利。
