本团队综合运用化学、生物学、分子影像学等多学科交叉的技术和方法,开发高灵敏度、高选择性、诊治同步的“可视化药物递送体系”,用于疾病诊断和治疗的转化医学研究。具体内容为:

1.基于活体光学影像的可视化递送体系用于术中诊断和清除残余微小肿瘤、逆转靶向药物耐药;

2.基于核医学影像的可视化递送体系用于肿瘤早期诊断、靶向用药指导及疗效评估;

3.口服裸眼可视化递送体系用于结肠部位疾病的早期诊断及治疗

肖泽宇,欧洲杯竞猜平台教授,博导,课题组长。国家高层次青年人才计划获得者。北京大学医学部药学院学士;中国科学院化学所与美国佛罗里达大学联合培养博士;美国麻省理工学院与哈佛大学欧洲杯竞猜平台癌症纳米交叉研究中心Robert Langer实验室博士后;2015年起在欧洲杯竞猜平台任现职至今。肖泽宇教授团队长期致力于可视化药物递送领域的研究,在Chem.Soc.Rev., Nature Comm. Angew.Chem., Nano Lett, ACS Nano等杂志发表论文40余篇,总引用达4500多次,其中单篇引用>1000次1篇、单篇引用>200次5篇、单篇引用>100次7篇,3篇入选ESI高被引论文。其中研发的1种可视化药物载体已进入临床试验阶段。申请或授权国际专利2件、国内专利1件,参编英文专著3本。研究成果多次被美国著名专业网络杂志C&E News, Science Daily,等转载报道。曾获哈佛大学欧洲杯竞猜平台授予的哈佛大学生命科学领域杰出研究工作奖,美国癌症研究协会授予的青年女性学者奖等。作为课题负责人主持科技部国家重点研发计划课题1项、主持国家自然科学基金4项等。
