Research Interests

The research in my laboratory focuses on the mechanism of antigen recognition, signaling transduction and metabolic regulation of T lymphocytes. Three research directions include: (1) Regulation of immune cell signaling by naturally occurring metabolites; (2) The role of TCR signaling and repertoire in anti-tumor immune response; (3) The mechanism of anti-tumor immunity and autoimmunity induced by immune checkpoint blockade.
