欧洲杯竞猜平台公共卫生学院,副教授。毕业于英国格拉斯哥大学欧洲杯竞猜平台,获得人类营养学博士研究生学位。2015-2016年英国格拉斯哥大学欧洲杯竞猜平台人类营养学博士后。主要从事膳食营养、膳食纤维及植物化学物质等食物成分、肠道菌群、菌群代谢物与儿童青少年健康、老年疾病及糖尿病相关领域研究,擅长队列研究和人群干预研究。近五年,以第一或通讯作者在Cell Metabolism,Nutrients,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry,Frontiers in Neuroscience,Plant Foods for Human Nutrition,Proceedings of The Nutrition Society等国际期刊发表论文。
