张成东，复旦大学生物信息学博士；长期致力于生物医学领域的新型计算方法、工具以及数据库的研究或开发，重视计算方法与特定实验方法的结合。研究的主要领域包括：1.基于机器学习/深度学习技术的基因编辑系统的优化设计；2.组学数据挖掘和知识发现研究。近五年共发表第一作者（包括共同一作）SCI文章9篇，获得专利1项，软件著作权1项。受邀担任Frontiers in Genetics杂志的主题编辑。
