个人简介:
2006年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2006-2020,中国科学院上海生命科学研究院,生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,期间聘任为副研究员。2020年3月加入欧洲杯竞猜平台公共卫生学院单细胞组学与疾病研究中心,任质谱平台负责人。2020年12月破格晋升为研究员。发表SCI研究论文22篇(Cancer Cell, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Cell Death Dis., J Mol Cell Biol., Cell Res., Nat Chem Biol.等),参与编撰国际系列丛书《Methods Mol Biol.》1部、专业书籍《蛋白质化学与蛋白质组学》1部。参与申请中国发明专利25项,其中12项获得授权。
社会任职/学术头衔:
担任Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics、World Journal of Gastroenterology等期刊审稿人。入选浦东新区科学技术专家库、上海市科技专家库。
主要研究方向:
主要从事质谱技术的开发及其在癌症、疾病动物模型、心血管疾病和信号转导途径研究的应用,结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肺癌的蛋白质基因组学等多组学研究。
