Lab Info：We mainly focus on the effect of tumor metabolic enzymes on EGFR inhibitors resistance and tumor metastasis in lung cancer. Our studies reveal several important original findings related to new tumor metabolic targets and First-in-Class drug candidates with potential clinical translation value. For example, she has identified a novel allosteric inhibitor of PGAM1, which allosterically blocks the structure of PGAM1, impacting both its catalytic activity and protein-protein interaction. PHGDH, ALDH1A1 and AKR1B1 have been revealed to promote lung cancer drug resistance via regulating cellular redox homeostasis. Relevant works have been published in high-rank SCI journals such as Cell Metabolism and Science Translational Medicine, and have applied five patents (3 of them have been already authorized). The cooperation potent have signed a transformation cooperation agreement.
