An overall introduction of postgraduate education
Our school began to enroll master's degree students in 2005, and became one of the first schools in China to grant the first-level discipline of nursing with a PhD degree in 2011. The School has 35 postgraduate supervisors, including 9 PhD supervisors. The school aims to cultivate "nursing professionals with professional care, humanistic care and innovation ability, international vision and sustainable development potential to meet the needs of social development and health care services". "Postgraduate Student Day" is held regularly every month to cultivate the "truth-seeking and pragmatic" scientific research attitude of postgraduate students, and well-known nursing experts at home and abroad are invited to give lectures. In order to broaden the international horizon, excellent postgraduate students are sent to overseas for a period of 3 months to 1 year, with a subsidy of 20,000 RMB per person.
