Research Interests

My research focuses on the mechanism of antigen recognition, signaling transduction and metabolic regulation of T lymphocytes.

Three research directions include:

(1) Regulation of T cell signaling and function by metabolites;

(2) The role of antigen recognition and TCR repertoire in anti-tumor immune responses and its application in TCR-T therapy;

(3) The mechanism of anti-tumor immunity and immunopathology induced by immune checkpoint blockade.
