Research Interests

Chronic inflammation and associated complications.

(i) Effects on tumor growth, immunotherapies, microbiota and inflammatory bowel diseases associated with colon cancer, chronic infectious diseases and ensuing inflammatory bone loss.

(ii) Developing modalities for early detection of such complications and combating the key players.

(iii) Using mouse models and cellular and molecular immunology techniques.

(iv) Translational studies for human diseases.
