张涛,独立PI,研究员,博士生导师。2007年7月毕业于复旦大学化学系,获理学学士学位。2013年1月毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,获理学博士学位。2013年1月-2015年11月,任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所助理研究员。2015年12月-2023年4月在美国哈佛大学欧洲杯竞猜平台进行博士后训练。2023年5月入职欧洲杯竞猜平台松江研究院。张涛博士从事研究RIPK1的调控机制及其生理病理功能,相关成果以第一作者发表在Science,Nature Cell Biology,Nature Communications和eLife等期刊。

细胞死亡和炎症是神经退行性疾病发生和发展的两个极为重要的因素,而受体互作蛋白RIPK1是调控细胞死亡和炎症的关键激酶。RIPK1的激活是促进细胞程序性坏死(Necroptosis)和 RIPK1激酶依赖性凋亡(RIPK1-dependent apoptosis) 以及炎症发生的重要上游机制。近年来的多项研究表明RIPK1介导的细胞死亡和炎症在人类疾病中发挥着重要作用,尤其在神经退行性疾病中发现RIPK1的活化与神经细胞死亡、神经炎症发生及病理变化密切相关。课题组将综合利用包括细胞生物学,遗传学,结构生物学等各种实验手段,和各种疾病小鼠模型进一步探究RIPK1的调控机制及其生理病理功能。
