教育经历及工作经历
2012年于欧洲杯竞猜平台获得博士学位，2009-2010年在美国伊利诺伊大学食品营养系进行博士联培，2014-2015年在美国俄亥俄州立大学大学食品营养系进行博士后研究。上海市学生营养促进会理事，中国营养学会会员。近年来，研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Environmental Research等杂志发表SCI研究论文9篇。作为项目负责人主持上海教育科学研究项目（1项）、上海教委科研创新课题（1项）和校级、院级教学项目（4项）。指导本科生获得国家级大创项目、欧洲杯竞猜平台大创重点领域项目及欧洲杯竞猜平台优异学士学位论文（TOP 1%）。
