Biography

Dr. Xudong Wang is the chair of the Department of Oral and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the assistant dean of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He is the doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; College of Stomatology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He completed his medical studies at Shanghai Second Medical University. He interned and did his dental and surgery residencies at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital. At the University of California at San Francisco, he was a clinical fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Later, he was a visiting scholar at Jiang Rulang’s Lab, Division of Development at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
