Biography

Dr. Xi Chen, director of Department of Preventive Dentistry, Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Shanghai Jiao Tong University College of Stomatology. Her research focuses on etiology and related factors of common oral diseases such as dental caries, periodontal diseases, dentine hypersensitivity, dental erosion etc; developing new materials with regenerative effect of enamel and dentine. She has published on several famous journals and won the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progess (ranking 9th) in 2021 and second prize of IADR Award in 12th Annual Meeting of IADR Chinese Division in 2012.
