Bio

I have five years clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac care unit and three years of general department practice prior to be a nursing administration member. After becoming the Vice-Director of the Nursing Teaching and Research Department, I led a team of more than 40 clinical nursing teachers in the hospital and was responsible for the clinical internship and practicum management of nearly 1,000 full-time and adult education nursing students from more than 30 colleges and universities in China and abroad every year, as well as the in-service training nurses in the hospital, including new nurses. I have undertaken lectures at several institutions, including Shanghai Jiaotong University Department of Nursing. I was the Director of Nursing Department in Haikou Branch of Shanghai 6th People's Hospital from 2019 to 2021, responsible for the overall nursing management, especially clinical nursing safety and quality management, professional training and discipline construction, etc. Currently I am the Vice-Director of the Nursing Department of Shanghai 6th People’s Hospital, responsible for the management of nursing education. I have been awarded the "Apricot Grove Gardener Award" by the Shanghai Health Care Commission, and the title of Outstanding Nurse Leader in the hospital and Outstanding Teacher in the institution for many times. I was awarded the title of "Outstanding Nurse Leader of Haikou City" in 2019 and "Advanced Individual in Fighting against Covid-19 Epidemic in Hainan Province" in 2020. Skilled in English translation and interpretation，I have attended overseas nursing peer exchange and reception activities, and served as an interpreter for many international nursing forums in the hospital. I have visited the United States, Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries and regions for international conference exchanges.
