Master's degree, chief nurse practitioner, supervisor of specialized master's degree in the School of Nursing of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I am currently the Chief Nurse of the Department of Outpatient and Emergency Medicine; Head of the Intravenous Nursing Team; Member of the Nursing Quality Management Committee; Head of the Emergency and Unexpected Events Team; Head of the Quality Nursing Service Team at the Chest Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I professionally serve as a committee member of Shanghai Nursing Society Intravenous Infusion Committee; lecturer of PICC training course of Shanghai Nursing Society; member of Shanghai Science and Technology Expert Pool; member of the 27th Chinese Nursing Society Sedation Expert Pool; senior member of Chinese Nursing Society; standing committee member of Nursing Branch of Pulmonary Tumor Specialty Committee of Chinese Society of Medical Education; editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing; Shanghai Society of Integrative Medicine Vice Chairman of the Fourth Professional Committee of Emergency Medicine of Shanghai In the past five years, I have published more than 30 nursing papers in Chinese core journals and three SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author. I have undertaken and completed eight projects of Shanghai Chest Hospital Science and Technology Development Fund, one project of Shanghai Health Planning Commission, four projects of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical College Science and Technology Fund, one project of Shanghai Nursing Quality Control Center and one project of China Hospital Development Institute as the first person in charge.
