Research Interest:
Dr. Qinqin Hu is interested in the basic and application research on developing biosensors and functional nucleic acids for disease diagnostic and food safety. She especially focuses on 1) novel molecular diagnostic techniques (CRISPR/Cas-based) and nano/optical biosensors for food hazards surveillance and rapid disease diagnosis; 2) In vitro selection of functional nucleic acids including DNAzymes or aptamers for the identification of potential disease-related molecules.
