Provide technical support for the establishment of macroproteome reference database, development of new analysis and detection technologies, and the establishment of an intelligent One Health monitoring network.
Develop a heterogeneous data collection platform that covers epidemics, animal population distribution, geographic information, and ecological environment with the support of the information platform system and breaks through information barriers in different research fields, to promote the multi-source, multi-level and multi-omics data collection fusion and application of health big data of human-animal-environment. Set up an intelligent disease monitoring and early warning system based on data mining, model construction and computer simulation, and apply new technologies such as visualization, cloud computing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, etc. to develop an intelligent auxiliary decision support system (DSS) of disease prevention and control for risk assessment and emergency response. Based on the needs of one health research, to develop: (i) a Standardized data-sharing platform to characterize the virtual environment on different scales, including the molecular evolution and time-space transmission of pathogens, host migration, environmental changes and human stress response. (ii) Health risk prediction and intervention model. Based on multi-source data, realize model calculations, early warning, threat assessment and emergency response from molecular evolutionary, space biology, computational epidemiology and sociology perspectives.
