HE Lu is now in charge of the Editorial Office of newly-launched academic journal, Science in One Health; she is responsible for the daily affairs of the Secretariat of Chinese Consortium for One Health (CCOH), works in the cooperation and academic contact between SOH and other institutions.
Graduated from Sichuan International Studies University, HE Lu holds a National Teacher Certification for High-Level Education and Certified Translator and Interpreter (also known as CATTI, French translator for Level II), experienced in administrative management with international vision, multidisciplinary knowledge and multilingual skills.
