课题组组长简介
张亮博士,研究员,独立PI,博士生导师。主要从事神经胶质细胞和脑白质相关研究,近年来以通讯/共同通讯作者身份在Neuron (2篇)、Developmental Cell (2篇)、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature Communications、Cell Reports等学术刊物上发表论文,并被Faculty1000,Neuron,Nature Reviews Neuroscience,科技日报等专业或大众媒体推荐及评价。获得国家自然科学基金区域创新联合基金重点项目,面上项目等资助,并协助课题组博士研究生获得省优秀博士论文,博士后创新人才计划,国自然青年基金等荣誉和资助。
中枢神经系统脑白质发育不良或脑白质损伤是脑瘫、缺氧缺血性脑病及多发性硬化症等神经疾病的主要致病因素。这个损伤过程涉及了神经细胞发育与再生和细胞应激等生物学机制。我们重点关注神经发育和损伤再生过程中细胞可塑性的改变,发现并理解在这些过程中的关键调节基因及作用机制,探索促进脑白质发育和损伤修复的策略,并试图揭示脑白质在脑功能和重大脑疾病中的功能和作用机制。
