课题组围绕磁共振成像技术,系统整合光/药理遗传学、光纤钙记录、膜片钳、电生理等前沿神经科学技术解析脑疾病的发生发展机制,团队重点关注麻醉与失眠障碍等相关研究领域。具体包括以下三个研究内容:
1)系统整合前沿神经科学技术解决麻醉与失眠障碍的发生机制,并探索失眠障碍的非药物干预新疗法,为临床应用奠定基础;
2)整合病毒示踪建立基因编码磁共振成像技术,实现特异类型细胞的活体全脑检测;
3)与临床团队紧密合作,进行人脑磁共振影像的数据深度挖掘(尤其是治疗前后的对比分析),旨在筛选失眠障碍及精神疾病的脑影像学特征及相应的干预靶点脑区,为临床推广提供理论依据。
